Melanie’s #exercising4mylife campaign chronicles her post cancer fitness and well-being and endeavors to be a catalyst to other survivors.  Once a leisure jogger, as part of her resilience and reconstruction, she has become a post cancer distance runner completing a half marathon and ten 10-mile races.

Melanie benefits from the health and wellness aspects of running while sharing the lessons about the discipline of training and preparation required to cross the finish line as requisite skills for personal and professional achievement.
